Titus Open Source Secret Scanner Overview

Titus is an open source secret scanning tool developed by Praetorian and written in Go. It detects exposed credentials, API keys, tokens, and other sensitive data across source code, binaries, archives, notebooks, and HTTP traffic using more than 450 detection rules. It can operate as a CLI tool, Go library, Burp Suite extension, or Chrome extension, and supports optional validation of discovered secrets through controlled API checks to determine if they are active.
