CVEForecast Predicts Future Vulnerabilities Using AI Models

CVEForecast is an open-source dashboard and forecasting engine that uses machine learning and statistical models to predict future trends in cybersecurity vulnerabilities. It collects daily CVE data and applies over 25 forecasting models such as ARIMA, Prophet, XGBoost, and Transformers to estimate monthly and yearly CVE disclosures. The system ranks models based on accuracy and updates forecasts automatically. The project aims to help security professionals anticipate vulnerability surges, with recent forecasts suggesting a significant increase in disclosures for the upcoming year.
