 Trustwave and Cybereason have announced a merger to enhance their combined capabilities in cybersecurity services, such as Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and digital forensics. The merger aims to improve market share and integrate their expertise in offensive security, threat intelligence, and AI-driven solutions. The deal is expected to close in early 2025. Both companies will continue to operate independently but will work together strategically to better serve clients, especially in cyber insurance and legal sectors.
